Граждане флудеры! Утомили! Ваш оффтоп приводит к тому, что больше половины форума загажено непонятными разборками на отвлеченные темы (в лучшем случае) или к киданию какашками с переходом на личности (в худшем случае). Приведенная выше моего поста перепалка - не худший случай. Приходится долго продираться, чтобы найти хоть крупицу информации. Хоть я и зарегистрирован недавно, но читаю форум больше 15 лет. И везде один сценарий. Кто-то кого-то обвинит в некомпетентности в резкой или даже обсценной форме. Второй ответит. И понеслась! Или другой вариант: вырождение темы в рассуждения "Противостояние России и США" или "Крым наш - не наш" или "Либерасты против поцреотов"... далее по списку. Всё! Пошли страницы с мусором. ПРИЧЁМ ЗДЕСЬ ВСЁ ЭТО??? Господин модератор! Хочу пожаловаться... на модератора! Вы не справляетесь со своей работой! "Новости космонавтики", на мой взгляд, лучший ресурс о космонавтике на постсоветском пространстве! Так не допускайте его засорение. Вы тут для этого и поставлены. Баньте нещадно. Невзирая на "достижения" форумчан ввиде пятизначного количество постов (Господи, сколько же времени на это ушло! Можно было разработать новую ракету. Ну, или, хотя-бы подмести стартовый стол!). Эта компания решились на отсрочку после того, как спонсор проекта — американский фонд X PRIZE — продлил сроки запуска лунохода до конца марта 2018 года.
Вместе с тем уже в декабре "Хакуто" отправит в Индию свой луноход "Сорато" для подготовки к его запуску на индийской ракете-носителе компании TeamIndus с космодрома на острове Шрихарикота вместе с индийским луноходом ECA, передает РИА Новости.

 India is all se t to send two separate spacecrafts to the moon within the next five months, both of which will aim to land on the lunar surface and will carry precious payloads of rovers for exploration.

While one spacecraft will be the Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) own Chandrayaan-2, the other will be from India's first private moonshot Team Indus which is competing in the Google LunarXPrize challenge.

Both the spacecrafts will ride on ISRO's launchers - the smaller Team Indus spacecraft will be launched on the workhorse PSLV, while the Chandrayaan-2 will be launched on the larger GSLV Mk II.

"In Chandrayaan-2, the orbiter is currently getting integrated at ISAC (ISRO Satellite Centre) Bangalore. The lander, rover and various instruments and the systems are undergoing tests. By the first quarter of next year, we expect to put the orbiter, lander and rover into the lunar orbit," said A S Kiran Kumar, Chairman of ISRO, on Monday.

While ISRO doesn't have any deadlines for launch of the Chandrayaan-2, Team Indus if it wants to compete for the prize money in the XPrize competition, will need to complete its mission before March 31, 2017. This will include landing on the moon, traversing 500 metres using the rover onboard and beaming back high quality images and videos to Earth.

Team Indus had earlier been offered a slot to launch its spacecraft on December 28, with the firm planning a touchdown on the lunar surface on January 26, 2017. However, the launch timeline has been pushed forward, given the recent failure of ISRO's PSLV-C39 rocket which failed to implant the IRNSS-1H navigational satellite into its orbit.

The space agency has also lined up the launch of a satellite from the Cartosat-2 series which will happen sometime in the second half of December. It is expected that between the launch of the Cartosat and Chandrayaan-2, Team Indus will be given an opportunity to launch sometime in January or February next year.

The removal of the deadline of December 31 for teams to launch their spacecraft by the Google LunarXPrize committee will mean Team Indus will still remain in the running for the prize money. Rahul Narayan, founder of Team Indus told Business Standard that the company was in discussions with ISRO to figure out a new launch date.

While both ISRO and Team Indus' spacecrafts will travel to the moon, their configurations are widely different. The Chandrayaan-2 will use an orbiter which will orbit the moon, and from which a lander carrying a rover will descend. Team Indus' spacecraft will double as the lander and is far lighter at 600 kilogram (at takeoff) compared to 2,650 kilogram Chandrayaan-2.

An Indian startup has claimed it is months away from its first private mission to moon.
"Only three countries have done this before - Russia, the US and China. We are trying to do the same thing in the next six months," said Rahul Narayan, founder of Team Indus, at the annual seminar of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in Abu Dhabi.
"In six months' time we will be launching and landing on the moon." Team Indus is among the five teams trying to win the Google Lunar X Prize mission. And their journey started in 2011.
"In the first year, we figured out how to go about it. In 2012, we designed the mission. In 2013, we shifted base from Delhi to Bengaluru, the aerospace hub. We had retired Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientists, interested in supporting such initiatives."
What started as a bunch of people has turned into a 120-strong team of full-time engineers. "That's the power of putting together purpose - what we do here is far bigger than us."
In 2015, the team won $1 million terrestrial milestone prize after demonstrating a proposed landing systems before the judges. "It was then we started believing that we have a real shot. In 2016, we got a launch contract from ISRO."
Last month, the judges returned to check the preparedness six months ahead of launch. "We got the thumbs up to start building the final spacecraft and in six months' time we will be launching and landing on the moon.
The dream run, however, had passed many tests of time.
"Our biggest challenge was cultural. People wouldn't believe that a private company from India can build something to go to the moon. We had struggled a lot with that. It was after we won the milestone $1m prize that things became easier."
Team Indus' anthem is 'Har Indian Ka Moonshot', a call for every Indian to dream big and claim their shot at the moon.
"We could still fail between now and launch... This is a fascinating story waiting to happen." Today, Team Indus is in the final phase of the launch and determined to make India proud.

А вот не надо сравнивать времена полного хаоса и развала + нефть за 8$ (несколько лет) и времена, когда благодаря той же приватизации хаос закончился + нефть за 100$   (почти 20 лет). Законностью озабочиваются не во время драки, а как бы после неё.

Роснефть хоть и государственная, но коммерческая компания. Усманов также частное лицо, которое сотрудничало с коммерческой государственной компанией Газпром. Каким боком тут бюджет? Бюджет складывается из налогов, пошлин, акцизов, приватизации.

Навального вообще лучше не приводите, он в экономике ноль. Вот когда он научится отличать частную собственность от государственной и от коллективной, вот тогда имеет смысл его послушать.

WASHINGTON — Team Hakuto, a Japanese group competing for the Google Lunar X Prize, announced Dec. 20 it has a verified contract to fly its rover on another team's lander in 2017 after its initial partner dropped out of the competition.

Team Hakuto said that it has an agreement with TeamIndus to fly its rover to the moon on the Indian team's lander, and that the agreement has been verified by the X Prize Foundation. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
