Строго говоря, прямого вранья не было. Обтекаемо сформулировали. 
Сначала про конкретный бак говорят. Ожидаемо и остальное вроде как к баку должно относиться. Но написано во множественном числе про абстрактные исследования неких структур.

Ну а в финансовом отчёте за такое и прилететь может. Ну и задержку до Q4 объяснять надо. Издержки публичности компании.
