Processing continues at Cape Canaveral where the Atlas V rocket team is preparing for its fifth @AmazonLeo mission. The rocket has completed initial buildup and will undergo system checkout before the payload is attached. Liftoff is targeted for March 30 at 3:31 a.m. EDT (0731 UTC).

План горит!

Судя по анонсированному запуску 27 спутников на Atlas V, запуски на Vulcan откладываются на неопределённый срок. Чип и Дейл Falcon 9 и New Glenn (?) спешат на помощь. На Ariane A64 запланировано только два запуска, а остальные 16 планировались на Ariane A64 Block 2, так что вряд ли они в этом году состоятся.

Шансов на выполнение обещания вывести 700 спутников к 30 июлю становится всё меньше.

В своём комментарии по поводу петиции Amazon отказать SpaceX в лицензии на ODC System, Карр дал оценку в ~616 спутников к 30 июля. Возможно, что и она излишне оптимистична.

Одноразовые бустеры в планах с самого начала - 9 Атласов, 38 Вулканов, 18 Ариан-6. Со временем добавилось 13 F-9, и где-то там в будущем должен появиться Нью Гленн (когда позапускают синих птиц и лунные миссии, которые явно в приоритете).
Интересно, что Маск в свое время утверждал, что Старлинк может вылететь в трубу даже на многоразовом F-9. Амазон же явно тратит больше денег - что-то знает про потенциальные размеры рынка?

ULA will deliver 29 satellites into orbit for this fifth Amazon Leo mission, marking the largest and heaviest payload ever for the venerable rocket. Previous launches last year carried 27 spacecraft each.
The increase is a result of detailed work between ULA and Amazon, and is made possible by an extensive engineering and safety analysis that capitalized on the additional performance margin, adding a fourth level to the previous three-tier dispenser configuration for Atlas V.

ULA has rolled their Atlas V rocket to the launchpad ahead of the Amazon Leo LA-05 mission NET March 29th at 07:53 UTC. Weather unfortunately only has a 10% chance of being acceptable due to ground winds. March 30th looks much better, with a 70% chance of favorable conditions.

New hazard area's have been released for the LA-05 mission, and they indicate that the launch has been rescheduled for NET April 4th at 05:45 UTC. A day-for-day delay would mean that the LA-06 mission, which was set for NET April 24th, should now be NET April 30th.
