По быстрой российской у них вряд ли получится - насколько я понимаю, баллистические условия другие. По быстрой своей наверняка могут, но не считают нужным - у запусков пилотируемых кораблей и так слишком много ограничений, чтобы добавить ещё одно весьма существенное. Да и орбиту станции подгонять при их обычной схеме не требуется.

NASA and SpaceX now are targeting no earlier than 3:52 a.m. EDT Wednesday, April 27, for launch of the agency's SpaceX Crew-4 mission to the International Space Station from Launch Complex 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

Teams decided to wave off a potential launch opportunity on April 26 until further into the week when space station positioning and orbital mechanics are more favorable. Crew-4 has another launch opportunity available Thursday, April 28, as weather continues to be a watch item heading into next week.

For a Crew-4 launch Wednesday, April 27, NASA will host a prelaunch news teleconference at approximately 9:30 p.m. Monday, April 25...

SpaceX and NASA are targeting no earlier than Wednesday, April 27 for Falcon 9's launch of Crew-4, Dragon's fourth science expedition mission to the International Space Station, from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Launch is targeted for 3:52 a.m. ET (7:52 UTC), with a backup opportunity available on Thursday, April 28.
This will be the first flight of the Dragon spacecraft supporting this mission and the fourth flight for Falcon 9's first stage booster, which previously launched CRS-22, Crew-3, and Turksat 5B. Following stage separation, Falcon 9's first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
During their time at the orbiting laboratory, the Crew-4 astronauts will conduct over 200 science experiments in areas such as materials science, health technologies, and plant science to prepare for human exploration beyond low-Earth orbit and benefit life on Earth.
The webcast for the Crew-4 mission will go live about four hours before liftoff.

27 апреля в 07:52 UTC с площадки LC-39A Космического центра им. Кеннеди стартовала ракета Falcon 9. В рамках миссии Crew-4 носитель отправил к Международной космической станции пилотируемый космический корабль Dragon 2 C212 «Freedom». В состав его экипажа входят четыре астронавта: Челл Линдгрен (NASA, командир корабля), Роберт Хайнс (NASA), Джессика Уоткинс (NASA) и Саманта Кристофоретти (ESA).

Первая ступень ракеты совершила посадку на плавучую платформу A Shortfall of Gravitas в Атлантическом океане. Ранее ступень под индексом B1067 была задействована в трёх миссиях. 

Это седьмой пилотируемый запуск космического корабля SpaceX Dragon 2. Он произведёт автоматическую стыковку с модулем МКС «Гармония» 28 апреля в 00:15 UTC. Продолжительность экспедиции Crew-4 составит около четырёх с половиной месяцев.
