первая ступень берет выше - за счет чего? за счет чего положение корпуса первой ступени меняется на противоположное? в каком положении относительно земли она проходит верхнюю точку?...
за счет аэродинамических рулей вверху первой ступени она разворачивается двигателями вниз?

Аэродинамические рули работают в плотных слоях атмосферы. После отделения первой ступени используются газовые рули.

При движении по траектории до включения трех движков первой ступени уже имеется вертикальная компонента скорости, после включения движков - дополнительная вертикальная компонента( кроме торможения - приближение к точке старта по горизонтали).

За счет газовых движков на верхнем торце ступени.

Точно не помню, скорее всего с тем же тангажным углом как при торможение. В верхней точке газовые движки должны довернуть продольную ось ступени соплами примерно вниз, далее раскрыться решетчатые рули и дальнейшее управление по всем углам решетками без газовых движков.
Газовые движки подключаются к управлению уже на финишной траектории, когда не хватает для управления решеток и поворотной камеры центрального движка.

A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, built with extended propellant tanks and engines rated for higher thrust, is poised for liftoff on the company's first launch since a catastrophic failure in June grounded the commercial booster.
The rocket stands 229 feet tall, five feet taller than the previous version of the Falcon 9, and will burn a super-chilled mixture of liquid oxygen and rocket-grade kerosene colder than the propellants consumed on SpaceX's earlier launches.
Eleven refrigerator-sized satellites for Orbcomm's message relay constellation are bolted on top of the rocket for deployment less than a half-hour after liftoff at 8:29 p.m. EST Sunday (0129 GMT Monday) from Cape Canaveral's Complex 40 launch pad.
SpaceX aims to return the 156-foot first stage booster to a vertical rocket-assisted touchdown at a landing zone about six miles south of the launch pad, a first-time flyback maneuver that the company bills as a major step to making the rocket reusable.

Mostly cloudy skies are expected for Monday night's Falcon 9 launch opportunity, but there is an 80 percent chance of acceptable weather, slightly less than Sunday's attempt.

"Stratocumulus clouds from gusty onshore flow are currently blanketing the spaceport," forecasters from the U.S. Air Force's 45th Weather Squadron wrote in an outlook issued Sunday afternoon. "This onshore wind direction has also moderated temperatures and is creating some very light coastal showers. On Monday, winds continue veering and become southeasterly which will allow the frontal boundary to slowly migrate back to the north along with the associated clouds and scattered rain."
But most of the heaviest precipitation should remain away from Cape Canaveral Monday evening.
"The front should remain south of the Space Coast until overnight Monday and into Tuesday keeping the unsettled conditions, rain showers and isolated thunderstorms to the south as well," the forecasters wrote.

The primary concerns Monday are with the cumulus cloud rule associated with isolated coastal rain showers and the thick cloud rule due to the frontal boundary's possible northern movement back into the area, according to the Air Force.

The forecast calls for some light rain showers in the vicinity, scattered clouds at 3,000 feet and 10,000 feet, and a broken deck of clouds at 25,000 feet. Winds should be from the east-southeast at 10 to 15 mph, the launch time temperature is expected to be 72 degrees Fahrenheit, and visibility is forecast to be 7 miles.

Orbcomm says officials ordered the 24-hour launch delay to review data and complete chilling of the Falcon 9's liquid oxygen, a complex procedure which cools the cryogenic oxidizer to minus 340 degrees Fahrenheit, near its freezing point, from the more often used temperature of minus 298 degrees.
"Upon further review of the static fire data, SpaceX has determined that an additional day prior to launch will allow for more analysis and time to further chill the liquid oxygen in preparation for launch," Orbcomm said in a statement.
The static fire Friday was a major step in preparing for the Falcon 9 launch, which is SpaceX's first mission since a rocket failure in June grounded the launch vehicle. The mission is also the debut launch of an upgraded Falcon 9 version, including the super-chilled propellant.
