SpaceX is targeting Sunday, February 23 for a Falcon 9 launch of 21 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is targeted for 11:42 p.m. ET, with backup opportunities available until 3:42 a.m. ET on Monday, February 24. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available on Monday, February 24 starting at 11:14 p.m. ET.
