N-1 Aerodynamic Shroud

Does anyone in this forum have information regarding which enterprise was responsible for designing and manufacturing the aerodynamic shroud which protected the L-3 section of the N-1 during launch? I have been told by one source that EDB Polyot was responsible for this. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, Can anyone here identify what publication or film this image came from?...
