Laser navigation sensors and thermal cameras aboard the Dragon capsule are collecting data on the range, closure rate and orientation between the supply ship and the space station, feeding the information to its on-board computer governing the final approach.

Loop said ground station issue. NASA tweeting satellite issue. So bets are a TDRS satellite is throwing a fit. Good news is they have several, so likely going to hold and use a different one for capture.
