Clock reset to T-7 mins, as per procedure. Sounds like they have an issue with the launch pad. 45 min window, so they have to resolve this in around half an hour to pick up the count and recycle before the window closes.

The "Red" that delayed the launch is an issue with ground infrastructure. Vehicle is fine. Still about a half hour to solve if launch is to happen today.

Now 20 minutes remaining for the Ariane 5 countdown to resume in time for a launch today. There have been no further updates from Arianespace on the reason for the hold.

More clarity on ground radar issue (for range safety): there are three stations and one is not working. An executive decision to launch with two is still TBD.
