Static Fire now Thursday evening. No word of any issues, just likely a tight flow and they aren't going to rush things (obviously). No official word on the launch date moving to Sunday, but it's clearly going to be a watch item as it's now tight, per conducting the test, detanking, safing, TEL to horizontal, rollback, mate the stack and get back out on the pad.

The Falcon 9 rocket for SpaceX's next launch rolled out to pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center and was raised vertical overnight in preparation for a hold-down engine firing as soon as this evening.

The previously-flown first stage and newly-manufactured second stage will be filled with super-chilled RP-1 kerosene and liquid oxygen propellants during a mock countdown that will culminate in ignition of the booster's nine Merlin 1D main engines.

The commercial rocket is set to launch BulgariaSat 1, Bulgaria's first communications satellite, no earlier than Monday at 2:10 p.m. EDT (1810 GMT). The launch window extends two hours.

Built by Space Systems/Loral in Palo Alto, California, BulgariaSat 1 will provide direct-to-home television broadcasts over Bulgaria, Serbia and neighboring parts of the Balkans. Its 30 Ku-band transponders will reach customers across Europe during the satellite's 15-year mission lifetime.

Monday's launch will be the second SpaceX flight with a previously-used first stage, coming after the March 30 liftoff of an SES communications satellite on a recycled booster. The first stage slated to launch BulgariaSat 1 first flew Jan. 14 in a launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.

SpaceX will attempt to recover the first stage on a floating landing target deployed in the Atlantic Ocean east of Cape Canaveral.

The upcoming launch will be SpaceX's eighth Falcon 9 flight of the year.

Vapors are visible near the Falcon 9 rocket at pad 39A, suggesting that fueling of the launcher has begun.

RP-1 kerosene fuel will be loaded into the two-stage rocket first, followed by cryogenic liquid oxygen. Today's static fire window opens at 6 p.m. EDT (2200 GMT), and the countdown appears to be on track for a hotfire attempt near that time.

SpaceX does not provide live updates on the status of static fire tests.
