Troubleshooting efforts on the launch pad swing arm system have determined there is no issue with the hardware itself. The retract pins were pulled again and no alarm sounded. Officials say the system is healthy and ready to go.

The launch team has been re-polled and again all members voiced GO status. The ULA launch director and Air Force mission director then gave the final permission to fly.

T-minus 4 minutes and counting! Now into the final phase of the countdown for liftoff by the Delta 4 rocket carrying the WGS spacecraft from pad 37B at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
