    26 сентября 2016 года на ежегодном Международном астронавтическом конгрессе (МАК-2016), который начал работу в Гвадалахаре (Мексика) объявлено о награждении главы научно-технического совета Госкорпорации «РОСКОСМОС» Юрия КОПТЕВА.
     
    Премию Международной астронавтической федерации (IAF) за заслуги в развитии российской космической программы и международного сотрудничества вручил председатель правления Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd Мартин СВИТИНГ. Высокую награду за Юрия КОПТЕВА получил генеральный директор Госкорпорации «РОСКОСМОС» Игорь КОМАРОВ.

Создание окололунной посещаемой станции
Солнцев также сообщил, что страны - участницы проекта МКС обсуждают возможность создания окололунной посещаемой станции. 
"Наряду с созданием нового корабля и новых сверхтяжелых ракет-носителей, взлетно-посадочных модулей мы рассматриваем и схему создания окололунной платформы. На сегодняшний день ученые и инженеры из стран, участвующих в международном проекте по МКС, как раз и заняты этой задачей. Международная посещаемая платформа обеспечит задачи, связанные с отработкой элементов, систем, технологий для осуществления пилотируемых полетов, в том числе и в дальний космос", - сказал он.
"Создание международной посещаемой платформы даст возможность более тесного сотрудничества по целевым программам. Мы знаем, что многие страны заинтересованы в исследовании Луны, в реализации пилотируемых миссий на ее поверхности, и дальнейшая интеграция по лунной программе приведет к совместному созданию в том числе и лунного взлетно-посадочного комплекса", - добавил Солнцев.

 РКК "Энергия" планирует продажу снимков Земли
Также, по его словам, ракетно-космическая корпорация "Энергия" планирует продавать снимки Земли, полученные с борта МКС. "Несколько проектов в стадии реализации: система оптических телескопов высокого и среднего разрешения. Эта работа, которую мы проводили вместе с нашими канадскими коллегами, позволяет получать очень хорошие изображения земной поверхности. И сейчас мы отрабатываем системы коммерциализации этих снимков", - сказал он.

Делегация РКК «Энергия» во главе с генеральным директором Владимиром СОЛНЦЕВЫМ принимает участие в конгрессе Международной астронавтической федерации IAC-2016, который открылся в городе Гвадалахара (Мексика).

В. СОЛНЦЕВ представил доклад «Российская космонавтика. Международные аспекты». Одной из приоритетных тем стали планы «Энергии» по программе Международной космической станции (МКС), в том числе создание новых модулей Российского сегмента, модернизация транспортных кораблей и ракет-носителей, научные эксперименты на борту.

Он отметил, что международное сотрудничество на МКС оказывает серьезное влияние на выполнение российской национальной программы исследований, и заявил о том, что, несмотря на ввод в эксплуатацию коммерческих кораблей США, российский корабль «Союз МС» сохранит свою конкурентоспособность.

«В целом МКС – очень успешное международное партнерство, выдержавшее множество испытаний. Его опыт – бесценен, необходимо продолжить эту программу как на низкой околоземной орбите, так и в дальнем космосе», - подчеркнул глава Корпорации.

Он также рассказал о Лунной программе, в том числе о текущем состоянии проекта по созданию перспективного пилотируемого транспортного корабля «Федерация» и перспективах создания международной окололунной посещаемой платформы. Возможность создания такой платформы обсуждается космическими агентствами стран-партнёров по МКС.

«Мировым космическим сообществом признан тот факт, что полёты в дальний космос могут быть организованы только в тесном международном сотрудничестве. Международная посещаемая платформа обеспечит задачи, связанные с отработкой элементов, систем и технологий для осуществления пилотируемых миссий в дальний космос», - отметил В. СОЛНЦЕВ.

В заключение он выразил надежду на то, что международное сотрудничество, поддержка и обмен технологиями помогут совместно реализовать самые смелые и дорогостоящие проекты.

Международный астронавтический конгресс (МАК) – крупнейший в мире профессиональный форум участников космической деятельности (от 3 до 6 тыс. делегатов без учета сопровождающих лиц и прессы) – проводится ежегодно с 1951 года при участии МАФ, Международной академии астронавтики (МАА), Управления ООН по вопросам космического пространства и Международного института космического права (МИКП). В 2016 году – с 26 по 30 сентября в Гвадалахаре (Мексика). Принимая во внимание уникальный характер МАК, его площадка традиционно используется для организации двусторонних переговоров между космическими агентствами и организациями ракетно-космической промышленности. Также на МАК проходят выборы города на проведение конгресса через 3 года. В текущем году будет определено, кто примет конгресс в 2018 году, кандидатами являются Бремен (Германия), Вена (Австрия) и Пунта-дель-Эсте (Уругвай). В 2017 году МАК пройдет в Аделаиде (Австралия).
