может далее по орбите можно стрелять в другое направление относительно мкс?

или точка на орбите где отстреляют - произвольная?

The Japanese amateur radio satellites WE-WISH and FITSAT-1, along with San Jose State University's TechEdSat and the Vietnamese F-1 will also be delivered to the ISS on this launch and it is planned they will be deployed from the ISS on September 20.

Final preparation for KOUNOTORI3 launch continues[/size]

At the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) of the Tanegashima Space Center (TNSC), final preparation for KOUNOTORI launch continues.
On July 9, final inspection was performed, and found no NG on the vehicle. From July 13 to 15, a rehearsal was conducted simulating the launch operation.
Late access cargo loading will continue until July 19. Then the hatch will be closed, and HIIB/KOUNOTORI3 will be carried to the launch pad.
The target launch date and time for KOUNOTORI3 is 11:18 a.m., July 21, 2012.

19-го июля делегация Роскосмоса во главе с заместителем руководителя Федерального космического агентства С.В.Савельевым прибыла в Токио по приглашению Японского космического агентства (Джакса) для участия в мероприятиях, связанных с третьим запуском к Международной космической станции ракеты-носителя H-IIB с грузовым кораблем «Кунотори-3». Запуск запланирован на 21 июля с космодрома Танегасима.

    В ходе визита представители делегации провели встречи с заместителем министра образования, культуры, спорта, науки и технологий Японии М.Камимото и президентом ДжАКСА К.Татикавой, на которых обсуждались вопросы сотрудничества в рамках программы МКС.

JAXA officials just gave a "go" for cryogenic propellant loading after reviewing the status of the countdown and weather conditions at Tanegashima. Liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen will be loaded into the H-2B rocket's first and second stages.

Tanking will begin with a chilldown procedure to condition the rocket and propellant plumbing for the super-cold temperatures of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen. When fueling begins, officials will establish a 3,000-meter keep-out zone around the Yoshinobu launch complex.

Japan rolled its powerful H-2B rocket to the launch pad this morning at Tanegashima Space Center, where the vehicle will undergo fueling and final preparations for liftoff tonight on a cargo delivery mission to the International Space Station.

The 186-foot-tall rocket traveled by rail about 400 meters, or 1,300 feet, from Tanegashima's Vehicle Assembly Building to Launch Pad No. 2 at the space center's oceanfront launch complex. The transfer took about 30 minutes, according to the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, or JAXA.

Launch officials convened a few hours before rollout to assess weather conditions at Tanegashima, an island off the southern coast of Kyushu. The space center is positioned on the southeastern flank of the picturesque island. The caucus granted approval to proceed with launch plans.

Technicians went to work connecting the rocket's mobile launch platform to propellant, communications and electrical systems at the pad. Filling of the H-2B with liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen is expected to begin around 1800 GMT (2 p.m. EDT).

Both stages of the rocket burn cryogenic propellant.

Liftoff is scheduled for 0206 GMT (10:06 p.m. EDT) tonight. We will have live updates and streaming video on this page.

After turning southeast from Tanegashima and climbing into space, the rocket will deploy the 35,000-pound H-2 Transfer Vehicle about 15 minutes after blastoff.

The HTV is full of scientific equipment, provisions and other supplies for the six-person crew aboard the space station. The spacecraft is supposed to arrive at the outpost next Friday, July 27.

The mission is nicknamed Kounotori 3, which means white stork. It will remain attached to the space station through Sept. 6.

It is the third of seven planned HTV flights by Japan, each occurring at one-year intervals in support of the international outpost.[/size]

Беспилотный грузовой космический корабль "Конотори" запущен к МКС с космодрома на юге Японии[/size]

С космодрома Танэгасима на юге Японии сегодня к Международной космической станции /МКС/ был успешно запущен беспилотный грузовой космический корабль японского производства типа "Эйч-ти-ви-3" /HTV3/, получивший название "Конотори" /"Белый аист"/.

Старт ракеты-носителя состоялся, как и было запланировано, в 11:06 по местному времени /06:06 мск/. Стыковка корабля с МКС запланирована на 27 июля.

"Конотори" доставит на орбиту груз продовольствия и новую одежду для экипажа МКС, а также научное оборудование, в том числе для японского модуля "Кибо".

Первый грузовой корабль типа HTV выполнил успешный полет к МКС в сентябре 2010 года. До 2015 года Япония намерена запустить в космос еще 6 подобных "грузовиков". Корабль длиной 10 м и диаметром 4,4 м способен доставить за один раз на станцию до 6 тонн груза. Он имеет достаточно широкий грузовой люк, что позволяет переправлять на МКС габаритные грузы.

Немного не в топик, но "Конотори" и "Танегасима" напомнили: а кто-нибудь знает, есть ли альтернативная, но проработанная какими-нибудь лингвистами система для траслитерации японского русскими буквами по фонетическим правилам? Мне как-то было бы понятнее, например, "Коонотори" и "Танегашима".
