The drop zone makes it absolutely clear it's for a launch from the doorsteps (a few km offshore) of the Haiyang sea launch base, exactly as reported for the Gravity-1 debut flight. The same location has seen a LM-11 sea launch in 2022 & Ceres-1's 1st sea launch last September.

According to the launch brochure above, the payload's 3 small weather sats using GNSS Radio Occultation for the Yunyao-1 constellation by a Tianjin-based company. They currently have 5 sats launched in August 2022 on LM-6, but will eventually have 90.
Orbit is 500 km @ 50° LEO.

One thing that I definitely would like to see is how that built-in flame trench directly dug into the launch ship will fare during liftoff with 600 whole tonnes of force acting on it.
