  On the MAKS 2005 website there is information on the KVRB upper stage designed for use on the "(existing or future) medium-weight or heavy class launchers Angara, Zenit (Zenith), Energia M as well as Arian 5."

Not. Zenith-3 - possible, Energia-M - never. We have nor launch complex, nor manufacturing for them. Is more perspective ultra-heavy variant of Angara booster - with big H2 core, simulate to original Energia and Vulkan configurations, but with 4 times less weight, with URM-based boosters instead Zenith-URM based boosters, and with one RD-0120 engine in core module.
