  Событие: около 3:05, около открытия мобильной стартовой площадки.
                   Пожар подтвержден.
  Причина: неизвестна (расследуется)
  Действие: Тушение пожара водой / газом вокруг мобильной стартовой площадки.
                    В это время огонь не виден, но борьба с огнем продолжается.
                    В то же время был начат дренаж 1-й ступени жидкий кислород / жидкий водород.
  4:17 Решено отменить сегодняшний запуск

Launch Canceled, H-II Transfer Vehicle KOUNOTORI8 aboard the H-IIB Vehicle No. 8

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) has canceled the launch of the H-IIB Launch Vehicle No. 8(H-IIB F8) which carries aboard the H-II Transfer Vehicle KOUNOTORI8" (HTV8), the cargo transporter to the International Space Station (ISS) from the JAXA Tanegashima Space Center.At 3:05 a.m. fire around the facility, the Mobile Launcher, was found and we are currently working to extinguish the fire.

It may take time to check the cause and effect on the rocket and facility, MHI has decided to cancel the launch.
The launch was originally scheduled for September 11, 2019.

New launch date will be informed when determined.

MHI -- launch off for at least two-three days, then reassess, based on cause of fire.

Occurred between solid rocket boosters nos. 3 and 4.

If launch is delayed more than a month, HTV cargo will have to be inspected, repacked, says JAXA

MHI hasn't been able to access launchpad yet. Fire extinguished by 5:10 a.m. local time. First noticed at 3:05a.m. Fire seemed to be on surface of mobile launcher, not inside the hole, which is there by design for venting.

Mission Control in Houston informed the crew aboard the International Space Station that tonight's launch of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) unpiloted H-II Transfer Vehicle-8 (HTV-8) cargo spacecraft was scrubbed due to a fire on or near the launch pad at Tanegashima Space Center. The astronauts are safe aboard the station and well supplied.

More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Fire burned for more than two hours. No sign of a fuel leak. Hole was not being used for venting or anything at this point in the countdown. Just heat-retardant materials around metallic hole, says MHI Launch Director Atsutoshi Tamura
