Liftoff of Arianespace's Soyuz mission with Metop-C

Arianespace's latest Soyuz mission is now underway following tonight's liftoff from the Spaceport in French Guiana.

This flight will last approximately one hour from liftoff to separation of the Metop-C weather satellite, which will be placed into a polar sun-synchronous orbit.
