Someone managed to find a NOTAM deep in the Indian Ocean on the 24th ~11:30 UTC, which seems to be related to this and points to it going to a ~90 deg. polar orbit instead. This also fits with LEO comsats (@IridiumComm is 86.4° for example).

Тяньцзинь, 25 августа /Синьхуа/ -- К концу мая 2023 года Китай планирует запустить 36 низкоорбитальных спутников дистанционного зондирования Земли, предназначенных для прогнозирования стихийных бедствий и мониторинга чрезвычайных ситуаций /ЧС/ в городах.
Проект был официально запущен во вторник на космодроме Вэньчан островной провинции Хайнань на юге Китая. Его разработчиком является компания Tianjin Satcom Geohe Technologies.
Как заявил заместитель заведующего Центром гидрогеологических и экогеологических изысканий при Управлении геологической разведки КНР, председатель правления упомянутой компании Го Цзяньцян, ожидается, что первый спутник будет запущен в июне 2022 года, а к концу мая 2023 года будут запущены все 36 спутников, которые сформируют спутниковую группу.
Спутники будут предоставлять изображения с высоким разрешением, которые помогут зафиксировать миллиметровые геологические деформации. Это даст возможность прогнозировать обвалы, оползни, оседания и другие геологические катастрофы и тем самым повысить эффективность экстренного реагирования на ЧС в городах.

Китайские ученые также реализуют проект исследования астероидов и Марса, к изучению поверхности которого они уже приступили.

Согласно официальному заявлению китайской корпорации, в текущем году КНР осуществит как минимум 40 запусков и поставит новый национальный рекорд. С начала года Китай выводил на орбиту космические аппараты уже 30 раз.

С запуском спутника Китай вступит в новую эру исследования Солнца, заявили в SAST.

По данным SAST, основной полезной нагрузкой на спутнике станет солнечный визуализирующий H-альфа-спектрометр, который будет получать изображения Солнца в спектре H-альфа. Это поможет исследователям наблюдать за изменениями на Солнце во время вспышек, такими как изменения в его атмосферной температуре и скорости.

Конструкция спутника предусматривает разделение отсека платформы и отсека полезной нагрузки, что обеспечивает сверхвысокую точность наведения и стабильность полезной нагрузки.

Китай создал наземную сеть для наблюдений за Солнцем и добился успехов в таких областях исследований, как изучение солнечного спектра и солнечных магнитных полей, однако ему только предстоит начать исследования Солнца из космоса.

The satellite arm of carmaker Geely has signed a deal with CGWIC for Long March launch services to put its GNSS-enhancing and high-speed connectivity satellites in orbit to support its autonomous driving plans.
