Publicly available ground wind data shows almost no ground winds. Upper Levels Winds look, themselves, within tolerance... but some directional shift as you ascend. Wind sheer *might* be an issue. Awaiting official word.

The explosive clear zone around Space Launch Complex 4-East has been confirmed clear ahead of fueling, and the SpaceX technical team has voiced their go-ahead to begin loading propellants.

Fueling with RP-1 kerosene should begin in 10 minutes.

SpaceX's launch director reports all members of the Falcon 9 launch team are "go" to begin fueling on time. The Air Force-run Western Range is apparently tracking sea or air traffic in a restricted downrange zone at this time, but the countdown is proceeding in hopes the issue can be cleared.

T-minus 70 minutes. The launch autosequence has started, kicking off the first steps to begin pumping propellants into the 229-foot-tall Falcon 9 at Space Launch Complex 4-East at Vandenberg.

RP-1 kerosene will be pumped into the two-stage Falcon 9 rocket first, followed by liquid oxygen chilled to near minus 340 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 206 degrees Celsius) at T-minus 35 minutes.

Propellant loading poll complete. All technical and weather constraints are GREEN.

Range is tracking one range violator, but SpaceX team is proceeding with propellant load.

@NASASpaceflight We haven't heard anything yet, but @upperlevelwinds look strong again today. Its likely to come back to balloons again. Could be worse, could be trying to launch in Eastern Canada. #SpaceX #Falcon9 #Paz #Starlink

F9/PAZ: 1 hour 10 minutes to launch; SpaceX is go for propellant loading; apparently tracking a wayward ship or airplane in the offshore keep-out zone; not yet resolved

T-1hr and counting. All is well with the fueling process. Only issue being tracked is a vessel in the Range restricted sea/air space (not expected to interfere with launch).

No reference to "pending upper level winds" this time, so that's a good sign.

T-60 minutes until Falcon 9 launch of PAZ. Launch webcast will go live about 15 minutes before liftoff → http://spacex.com/webcast

And the Range is CLEAR. The violator of air/sea space has been cleared from the restricted area.

NO CONSTRAINTS at this time for launch.

T-45mins and counting. 10 mins away from the start of LOX (Liquid Oxygen) load. All is proceeding well. No issues that would prevent launch at 06:17 PST (14:17 UTC)

T-minus 40 minutes and counting. No problems have been reported with RP-1 fueling at this time, and super-cold liquid oxygen will begin pumping aboard the two-stage Falcon 9 rocket in about five minutes.
