Вторичная цель, кроме собственно испытания Falcon Heavy, продемонстрировать возможность прямого вывода спутников на ГСО и тем самым доказать, что FH может полностью заменить Delta IV Heavy. А тут вопрос в очень приличных деньгах.

Это еще вопрос, что принесет бОльшие деньги - такой PR Теслы или перехват заказов от Дельты

Из прошлого опыта - Маск (в отличие от остальных пусковиков) при плохой погоде не заправляет ракету и дальше держит ее в готовности "на слчуай если прояснится", а просто переносит пуск, если шансы на прояснение не очень хороши. Так сильно дешевле получается в конечном итоге. Здесь он может сделать так же - перенести, если сдвинется слишком к правому краю окна. Но может и отойти от своей практики и провести еще одну тестовую заправку, держа окно до конца.

No update on the Falcon Heavy countdown. Launch controllers will need to make a decision soon on whether to proceed with a launch near the end of the window (which closes at 4pm EST) or delay to tomorrow.

Note that decision to load propellants into the Falcon Heavy is due at T-1:28 (T-88 minutes). If winds are still an issue, they may decide to call off the launch before beginning.

Надо полагать, что через двадцать минут либо перестанут переносить старт через каждые 5 минут и объявят время сегодняшнего старта, либо через 20 минут перенесут старт на другое стартовое окно.

To clarify, "no constraints" means there's nothing - not even winds - RIGHT NOW that would prevent launch at 3:45p EST (20:45 UTC). Winds will continue to be monitored. Just bc conditions are acceptable now doesn't mean that will hold. That's why they'll keep watching the winds.

The Falcon Heavy countdown has resumed, targeting liftoff from pad 39A at 3:45 p.m. EST (2045 GMT). But the SpaceX launch team will re-evaluate upper level wind conditions in a few minutes, shortly before loading RP-1 fuel into the rocket.

There is one collision avoidance cutout in the remainder of today's launch window at 3:56 p.m. EST (2056 GMT). The Falcon Heavy cannot launch at that time to ensure it does not get too close to another object already in space.

High-pressure helium and nitrogen gas loading into the Falcon Heavy is proceeding normally at this time, and there are no significant issues with the launch pad or the rocket.
