The Falcon 9 was moved into place at launch pad 39A this morning in readiness for a static test fire later today. The rocket reached its upright position at approximately 3:10 am EDT (0710 GMT).

Главу НПО автоматики уволили после срыва первого пуска на Восточном.

Sources say propellant loading is about to get underway as the countdown ticks toward a static fire test around 2 p.m. EDT (1800 GMT).
RP-1 kerosene is loaded into the two-stage rocket first, followed by super-chilled liquid oxygen starting at T-minus 45 minutes.

Vapors are visible venting from the upper part of the Falcon 9 rocket, an indication that super-chilled liquid oxygen is now flowing aboard the vehicle for today's static fire test.

The three-second ignition of the nine Merlin 1D engines could occur as soon as 2 p.m. EST (1800 GMT) at pad 39A.
