#WGS9 appears to be using ion thruster as noted in constant change of eccentricity. Data points based on fitting only to ecc each day.

#WGS9 appears to have entered ion prop phase ~April 5th. Impulse change to Doppler noted before. Near steady rate of ecc decrease since.

#WGS9 seems to be playing by my script Doppler curve amplitude rapidly decreases in amplitude a few more days and it should be stationary

#WGS9 TT&C beacon reappears July 7 after switching off on June 17. New curve consistent with #WGS8's behaviour on March 21.
