FWIW, the #CRS10 #SpX10 launch time has been moved 1 second, so it is officially 9:39:00 am ET rather than 9:38:59 am ET.

A NASA spokesperson says SpaceX is "working toward" a launch attempt today. She provided no details on whether yesterday's thrust vector control system issue has been resolved in time for today's launch opportunity at 9:39 a.m. EST (1439 GMT).

SpaceX swapped out part of an actuator on the upper stage engine's redundant thrust vector control system overnight to resolve the problem that prevented blastoff yesterday. The primary steering system was functioning fine yesterday.

The SpaceX launch conductor has polled his team, resulting in a unanimous "go" to begin propellant loading operations at T-minus 70 minutes.

T-minus 70 minutes and counting. The countdown auto sequence has officially started, kicking off the first steps to begin pumping propellants into the 213-foot-tall Falcon 9 at launch pad 39A.
RP-1 kerosene will be pumped into the two-stage Falcon 9 rocket first, followed by liquid oxygen chilled to near minus 340 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 206 degrees Celsius) at T-minus 45 minutes.

Launch Weather Officer Mike McAleenan informed the launch teams that today's outlook forecasts a 70 percent chance of acceptable conditions at launch time. The concern is for cumulus clouds and the possibility of having to fly through precipitation. A light system of precipitation that is moving into the area is expected to clear away from the launch site by 9:20 a.m., about 20 minutes before launch time from Launch Complex 39A.
