Начинается осенне-зимний период частых китайских пусков. Пока объявили зоны падения под CZ-2D с "полезным грузом одного знаменитого политехнического института". Судя по времени пуска, это будет "Шиянь вэйсин" с, возможно, харбинской аппаратурой.

４日８时１５分，我国在酒泉卫星发射中心成功将[创新一号０４星]发射升空，卫星顺利进入预定轨道。这次任务还同时搭载发射了一颗[灵巧通信试验卫星]。

The Chinese have launched a Long March 2D rocket on Thursday morning, lofting the Chuangxin 1-04 and the experimental Ling Qiao satellites into orbit. Launch occurred at 00:15 UTC from the LC43/603 launch complex of the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. As is the growing tradition with launches out of China, little information was released about the mission.

Chinese Launch:
On board the Long March 2D was the Chuangxin 1-04 store dump communication satellite from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ling Qiao experimental communication satellite from the Tsinghua University (Ling Qian means "agility" in Chinese).

The first Chuangxin 1 satellite was launched on October 21, 2003, together with the CBERS-2 satellite on the Long March-4B (Y4) launch vehicle from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center.

Chuangxin 1-02 was launched on November 5, 2008, joining as a passenger to the Shiyan Weixing-3 satellite on board the Long March-2D (Y12) from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.

The the most recent Chuangxin-1 – the third in the family – was launched on November 20, 2011, with the Shiyan Weixing-3 satellite, also from Jiuquan on the Long March 2D (Y12).

This launch was the 192th Chinese successful orbital launch, also becoming the 66th successful orbital launch from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, the third orbital launch from Jiuquan this year and the 4th Chinese orbital launch in 2014.

Ганьсу, Северо-Западный Китай/ с помощью ракеты-носителя "Чанчжэн-2D"/ "Великий поход"/ успешно произведен запуск спутника "Чуансинь-1-04"/"Новаторство"/, который был выведен на заданную орбиту. Вместе с ним был запущен экспериментальный спутник связи.
 

"Чуансинь-1-04" был разработан Академией наук КНР. Спутник главным образом предназначен для сбора и передачи данных, поступающих от пунктов контроля в сфере ирригации, гидрологии, метеорологии, электроэнергетики и устранения последствий стихийных бедствий, а вместе с ним запущенный спутник связи будет использован в эксперименте спутниковой мультимедийной связи.

Насколько можно понять, основная сфера деятельности Xinwei Telecom - беспроводная связь. В интересе к спутникам до последнего времени контора замечена не была.

With strong support from the Communist Party of China and United Russia Party and under the leadership of Prime Minister Regular Meeting Committee of the two governments, Xinwei and its Russian partner signed an agreement to establish a joint venture on November 8th, 2011 at the State Duma Building of Russia. Both parties of the joint venture agree to jointly invest 4 billion USD for manufacturing, sales, networks construction and operation of the McWiLL® system in Russia. The joint venture will provide not only mobile communication services for the public subscribers, but also private information services to a variety of industrial subscribers from industries such as internet of things, oil industry, power grids, aviation, railways, digital television and emergency rescue. It is the first time that Russia selects the telecom technology with wholly Chinese owned IPR to build Russian national communications network and is sure to contribute to strength complementation and economic and trade exchanges between both sides along with the smooth implementation of the project.
