Restart of the Falcon 9's upper stage is planned at 9:51 a.m. EST (1451 GMT) for a scheduled 46-second firing to inject the roughly 9,700-pound (4,400-kilogram) GPS 3 SV01 navigation satellite into a higher, elliptical orbit closer to its final perch 12,550 miles (22,200 kilometers) above Earth at an inclination of 55 degrees to the equator.

The full #GPSIII Doppler curve suggests the coast orbit has a 200km perigee, and a 1325 km apogee. Apogee is located at a latitude of 41 deg South, consistent with the de-orbit area of the second stage.

Falcon 9 stage 2 second burn, at altitude of 1235 km. Interesting that altitude was decreasing - unclear what the transfer orbit apogee was.
