The launch BTW will go down the SSO track @ JSLC on April 17 ~04:10 UTC that some people are claiming it as 1st launch of the reusable LM-12B - of which I'm very much looking forward to it - but the 1 drop zone suggests a "mundane" LM-2 series (maybe LM-2D) launching sth instead.
... есть и другой вариант.

Ugh I somehow missed a 2nd drop zone in the Bay of Bengal, which would have made it a LM-4 series launch.
And so it is, this LM-4C successfully launching a "High Resolution Greenhouse Gases Detection Satellite" to SSO at 04:10 UTC. Read on for what that generic named sat is...
Улетела CZ-4C.

It seems this is = Daqi-2/DQ-2 (https://space.oscar.wmo.int/satellites/view/dq_2), the 2nd in a new gen. of Chinese greenhouse gases (aerosol & CO2 etc.) monitoring satellites since the older GF-5 series, after Daqi-1 launched 4 years ago. Both have extensive instrument suites like LIDARs.

Chinese government Earth sciences satellites plans are, unfortunately, quite a mess (probably because of multiple departments being involved), and this one certainly slipped past my knowledge, but you just need to know they really have an extensive satellites suite like this!

OK so DQ-2 it is, built by SAST and has 5 instruments (so likely improved versions of the ones on DQ-1 - the Aerosol and Carbon Detection LIDAR (ACDL) being installed in the 2nd picture for example):
