You certainly may post in English here - there are a lot of people who will understand you - though, of course, not everyone will be able to participate.

Another way is to use online translators - some English-speakers do so. This should allow you to read and even write. The result is usually readable though quite silly

  That's a great website you've got!

  I tried to use mechanical translators for a while, but it was silly sounding and confusing. I now post in English all the time and get great results. There are many friendly and knowledgable people in this forum and most seem to be able to understand quite fine.

The first is a prominate person at Rosaviacosmos who can answer some of your question (but, I suggest you ask only a couple at a time). The second is for a prominent person at NPO Zvezda. As far as I know, it's either "выход в открытый космос" or "работа в открытом космосе". Correct me if I'm wrong.
