На проходящем сейчас в университете имени Джона Хопкинса симпозиуме по малым дополнительным орбитальным грузам (Small Payload Rideshare Symposium), Филип Брзутва из калифорнийского стартапа Spaceflight Services поделился деталями о предстоящем запуске первого первого специализированного космического буксира-диспенсера мини-спутников SHERPA: будет отправлено 3 микроспутника и 86 кубсатов.
Судя по всему, основным грузом миссии будет аргентинский спутник ДЗЗ SAOCOM 1A.
Запуск намечен на последний квартал этого года с космодрома Ванденберг, Калифорния.

Хотя KickSat должен был высыпать 104 одноплатных микроспутника, но не дожил до этого момента, к большому сожалению...
КА будет 90, или даже 91, потому как ещё и основная нагрузка будет.

For those interested in the offer, the cubesats will be launched on the company's dedicated launch, currently set for 2018. The launch provider has yet to be named. According to the company's website (http://www.spaceflight.com/schedule-pricing/), the normal price for a 3U cubesat launch would be $295,000 – making this deal a pretty steep discount.
A 3U cubesat, for those who don't know, is a satellite that's 4″ x 4″ and 12″ in length. That doesn't sound too big, but there have been a number of interesting satellite projects launched in the past years at that size. They include the Planetary Society's prototype solar sail satellite (http://www.forbes.com/sites/alexknapp/2015/05/20/air-force-spaceplane-and-bill-nyes-solar-sail-satellite-were-successfully-launched/), the Dove satellites in Planet Lab's Flock-1 constellation (https://www.planet.com/flock1/), and many others.
