Поиском темы не нашёл, хотя пуск планировался, т.е. был не только заказ на спутники, но  и контракт на их запуск. Решил создать новую пусковую тему для пуска, которого не будет.  :-\

SES отменили контракт с Thales Alenia Space (https://www.satellitetoday.com/finance/2026/05/12/networks-business-propels-revenue-growth-for-ses-operator-cancels-2-geo-sats/) на постройку спутников IS-41 и IS-44, который был заключён Intelsat в январе 2022 года (https://www.thalesgroup.com/en/news-centre/press-releases/thales-alenia-space-build-state-art-intelsat-41-and-intelsat-44). В ноябре 2022 (https://www.arianespace.com/press-release/arianespace-ariane-6-to-launch-intelsat-satellites/) года Arianespace объявили о заключении контракта на их запуск на Ariane 64. Спутники планировали запустить в 2025 году, но потом перенесли на 2027-2028 годы.

Интересный случай. Если заказ размещён настолько давно, то наверное спутники почти готовы. Что с ними теперь будут делать? И что будут делать с заказом на их запуск? Финансовые вопросы как-нибудь урегулируют.

IS-41 и IS-44 должны были быть на новой платформе Space-Inspire (INstant SPace In-orbit REconfiguration). Первый спутник на ней, Arabsat 7A, планировали запускать в этом году на Falcon 9, но наверное уйдёт на 2027-й. Ещё на ней заказаны JSAT 31, SES 25 и SES 26, которые будут (если будут) запускать не ранее 2027 года.

SES Eyes Creation of Multiorbit Operator Through Intelsat Acquisition

In April 2024, Luxembourg-based satcom company SES (https://www.ses.com/) agreed to acquire Intelsat (https://www.govconwire.com/articles/satcom-company-ses-to-buy-intelsat-for-3-1b) for approximately $3.1 billion to establish a multiorbit operator that offers an expanded suite of satellite-based capabilities and spectrum portfolio.

The new entity that will emerge from the proposed combination will have a fleet of more than 100 geostationary Earth orbit satellites and 26 medium Earth orbit spacecraft providing improved network resiliency and increased coverage to customers across government, fixed data, mobility and media segments.

The transaction is expected to close by the second half of 2025.

Via Satellite reported that the FCC approval came days after the deal secured clearance (https://www.satellitetoday.com/finance/2025/07/11/fcc-grants-approval-for-ses-intelsat-acquisition/) from officials from the departments of Defense, Homeland Security and Justice, among other U.S. federal agencies.

The proposed acquisition also received approval (https://www.satellitetoday.com/finance/2025/06/11/ses-intelsat-acquisition-secures-european-commission-uk-approval/) from the European Commission and the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority in June.
