That's 2 scrubs and 2 mysteries that doesn't seems to be going to be solved for some time (plus another coming soon).
There's a 4th launch in the mix TODAY March 25 ~22:50 UTC @ Taiyuan SLC, but luckily there's a good match for the launcher & payloads - a LM-2C heading to SSO.

This is apparently w/ SuperView Neo-2 05/06, 2 radar EO satellites for a CASC subsidiary for their SuperView Neo Earth observation constellation. ID-ing is thanks to them mentioned on a wish-for-success banner @ TSLC LCC's lobby, seen here after LM-6A/YG-50-02 launch 10 days ago.

Well it's SuperView Neo-2 05/06 alright, though the ride to space was swapped to the very similar (Shanghai built and not in Beijing) LM-2D instead. The successful launch occurred at 22:51 UTC.

BTW satellite operator China Siwei apparently claimed in a conference lately that their SuperView Neo-2 synthetic aperture imaging radar satellites have better imagery than those of @iceye_global's (w/ imagery of London) & comparable w/ @capellaspace's (w/ Eiffel Tower of Paris)!

(don't think it's comparable anyway given these are relatively big 800 kg sats @ 0.5m resolution while ICEYE's only targeting 1m)

Тайюань, 26 марта /Синьхуа/ -- Китай в четверг запустил в космос два новых спутника с помощью ракеты-носителя "Чанчжэн-2D" /Long March-2D/.
Ракета-носитель стартовала в 06:51 по пекинскому времени с космодрома Тайюань в провинции Шаньси на севере Китая и вывела спутники Siwei Gaojing-2 05 и Siwei Gaojing-2 06 на заданные орбиты.
Для ракет-носителей серии "Чанчжэн" /"Великий поход"/ этот полет стал 634-м по счету.

Taiyuan, March 26 (Xinhua) -- At 6:51 a.m. on March 26, our country successfully launched the Siwei Gaofen-2 05 and 06 satellites into their predetermined orbits using a Long March-2D carrier rocket from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. The launch mission was a complete success.
这次任务是长征系列运载火箭的第634次飞行。
This mission marked the 634th flight of the Long March series carrier rockets.
