As for the 2 new Chinese launches? Well let's get the "boring" one out 1st. A NOTAM appeared days ago off Vietnam that shows a Long March 4 (B/C) rocket might be launching from Taiyuan SLC to SSO soon. This is now confirmed on December 16 ~03:15 UTC, for only the 6th time in '25.

新华社太原12月16日电（李国利、李宸）12月16日11时17分，我国在太原卫星发射中心使用长征四号乙运载火箭，成功将资源三号04星发射升空，卫星顺利进入预定轨道，发射任务获得圆满成功。
Taiyuan, December 16 (Xinhua) -- At 11:17 AM on December 16, my country successfully launched the ZY-3 04 satellite into its predetermined orbit using a Long March-4B carrier rocket from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. The launch mission was a complete success.
这次任务是长征系列运载火箭的第617次飞行。
This mission marked the 617th flight of the Long March series carrier rockets.

A Long March-4B launch vehicle (长征四号乙) launched the Ziyuan III 04 satellite (资源三号04星) from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, Shanxi Province, China, on 16 December 2025, at 03:17 UTC (11:17 local time). Ziyuan III 04 is a new Earth-observation satellite that will join Ziyuan III 02 and Ziyuan III 03 in a network to capture high-definition 3D images and multispectral data.
