Mission Overview
"Owl New World" will be Rocket Lab's next dedicated Electron launch for Synspective, a leading Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite data and analytics company from Japan.
"Owl New World" will launch from Rocket Lab Launch Complex 1 in New Zealand during a launch window that opens on October 14, UTC. The mission will deploy the a single StriX satellite to 583km low Earth orbit to join Synspective's SAR constellation providing high-frequency, high-resolution Earth observation data for disaster response and management, national security, and environmental monitoring.
"Owl New World" will be Rocket Lab's seventh launch for Synspective and is the next launch in a series of 21 upcoming missions (https://rocketlabcorp.com/updates/rocket-lab-and-synspective-strike-another-10-launch-deal-boosting-contracted-missions-to-21-electron-launches/) to deploy the company's Earth-imaging constellation before the end of the decade. Electron has already successfully deployed six StriX satellites across six dedicated missions as the constellation's sole launch provider to date.

Interesting note, rocket lab commentators mentioned the mission would be "sun-synchronous" and their mission tracker even reflects this; however, all hazard areas indicate a ~42.0 mid-inclination LEO mission, and sun-angle on webcast coincides. They messed up somewhere on the production side lol

В Новой Зеландии предутренний час, и через 7 минут после пуска ракета пролетает над зоной рассвета на Земле.
Похоже действительно пуск был на восток.
Орбитальные параметры пока не дали.

Интересно, что же они отслеживают под видом второй ступени Электрона (ELECTRON R/B) на орбите очень близкой к орбите спутника? :o
При том, что разгонник Kick Stage летит немного ниже (но не настолько, чтобы заподозрить тормозной импульс).
Для второй ступени гораздо больше подходит
