NAOS (LUXEOSys)
NAOS (National Advanced Optical System) is Luxembourg's military recon satellite.
Designed for governmental and military purposes, the high-resolution reconnaissance satellite will provide global coverage, being able to capture more than one hundred images per day. By collecting the satellite's data, Luxembourg intends to participate more actively in the Europe and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) defense efforts.
The 645 kg satellite will be built by OHB Italia. It will have an operational lifetime of 7 years.

Capella Space's new generation of satellites feature synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology, which allows them to capture images of the Earth in all weather conditions and at any time of the day or night. In addition, these satellites have enhanced communication capabilities, allowing them to transmit data and images faster and more efficiently.

SpaceX is targeting Tuesday, August 26 for Falcon 9's launch of OHB Italia's NAOS (https://sxcontent9668.azureedge.us/cms-assets/assets/NAOS_e25e1509e2.png) mission from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The 27-minute launch window opens at 11:53 a.m. PT. If needed, a backup opportunity is available on Wednesday, August 27 at the same time.
Also on board this mission is Dhruva Space's LEAP-1; Planet's Pelican-3 and Pelican-4; and four payloads manifested by Exolaunch: Capella's Acadia-6 and Pixxel's FFLY-1, FFLY-2, and FFLY-3.
A live webcast of this mission will begin about 15 minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX (https://twitter.com/SpaceX). You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.
This will be the 27th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich, DART, Transporter-7, Iridium OneWeb, SDA-0B, NROL-113, NROL-167, NROL-149, and 18 Starlink missions. По приведённым фото с двух сторон КГЧ, похоже на 10.

И если это «Пеликаны», то странно, что SpaceX их называет, а Exolaunch — нет.

Видимо, пока не получили "фидбэк" от оператора. Иногла это случается, если аппарат не выходит на связь, и тем самым, не идентифицируется с объектом сопровождения.
А что сами индусы пишут (в x.com, например), есть контакт?
