Liftoff is targeted for 3:43 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 5:10 p.m. PT. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available on Sunday, February 23 starting 2:10 p.m. PT.
A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX (https://twitter.com/SpaceX). You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.
This is the 11th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched USSF-62, OneWeb Launch 20, and eight Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.
There is the possibility that residents of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may hear one or more sonic booms during the launch, but what residents experience will depend on weather and other conditions...

P.S. Нашёл: VLEO (Very low Earth orbit) – это орбиты на высоте до 400 км.
В текущем запуске же нет DTC-ов. В чём проблема работать "как все" на 500 км?

Все спутники поднимают орбиты, но вроде медленнее, чем в других запусках, и со скачками в орбитальных параметрах.
Предположение об их дополнительной маскировке может объяснить второе. Но первое - другое.
