Payloads

The others are Arcade (23.58 kg), Velox-AM (23 kg) and Orb-12 Strider (12.8 kg). The remaining three are nanosatellites weighing less than 10 kg each. They are the Galassia-2 (3.84 kg), SCOOB-II (4.1 kg) and NuLIon (3.05 kg), according to a list provided by the VSSC. These satellites will be placed in a Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

The DS-SAR satellite is developed under a partnership between DSTA (representing the Government of Singapore) and ST Engineering. Once deployed and operational, it will be used to support the satellite imagery requirements of various agencies within the Government of Singapore. ST Engineering will use it for multi-modal and higher responsiveness imagery and geospatial services for their commercial customers.
DS-SAR carries a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payload developed by Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). This allows the DS-SAR to provide for all-weather day and night coverage, and capable of imaging at 1m-resolution at full polarimetry.

Если верить брошюре ISRO - планировался увод 4-й ступени на более низкую орбиту. Пишут про "300 км"... Врут?

По ходу трансляции подтвердили отделение всех семи элементов ПН. Так что должны быть еще TLE. Пяти мало, должно быть восемь.
7 объектов. Если ступень утопили - тогда комплект.

Скорее всего, только радарные комплексы, шасси у них не израильское.
