Да, пусть помогут астрономам телескопами и радарами. Те им подберут подходящие цели, к которым уже можно АМС засылать для доразведки. Это если серьёзно к делу подходить.

Вроде там какие-то проблемы с инфракрасным диапазоном, но вообще интересный вопрос, конечно.

Средства выведения здесь, действительно, не при чем. Но раздел называется "Средства выведения и другие технические вопросы", а вот к другим техническим вопросам тема имеет прямое отношение.
