The next restart of the PSLV's fourth stage is scheduled to last four seconds at 0526 GMT (12:26 a.m. EST), but will occur when the rocket is outside the range of its ground tracking network.

Another four-second firing is scheduled for 0615 GMT (1:15 a.m. EST), followed by the separation sequence for the mission's 30 secondary payloads. The latter firing of the upper stage and deployment of the 30 satellites will be confirmed in real-time as the vehicle soars over a ground station in Mauritius.

Second PS4 burn should now have put the vehicle in a 642 x 504 km orbit. Next burn is at 0615 UTC, about 45 min from now, which will circularize at 504 x 504 km.
