КА отделился, орбита в номе - можно идти праздновать   Пусть управленцы по КА работают. Но на Протоне даже на промежуточную так быстро не выходит

BEIJING, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) -- China successfully sent a Nigerian communication satellite into orbit with its Long March-3B carrier rocket from southwest Xichang Satellite Launch Center at 00:41 Beijing Time Tuesday.

The satellite, produced by China Academy of Space Technology, will provide communication, broadcast, Internet connection, remote education and navigation services to parts of Africa, Europe and Asia.

China will also provide monitoring and control services for the satellite and support its ground stations.

It was the third time China provided satellite launch service for foreign users this year, following the successful launch of two Pakistani communication satellites.

China plans to launch four to five satellites for foreign users in 2012.[/size]

Китай успешно запустил нигерийский коммуникационный спутник[/size]

ПЕКИН, 20 декабря. /Корр. ИТАР-ТАСС Андрей Кириллов/. Китай успешно запустил сегодня нигерийский коммуникационный спутник. Как сообщает агентство Синьхуа, спутник был запущен с помощью ракеты-носителя "Чанчжэн 3Б" с космодрома Сичан в Северо-Западном Китае.

Спутник, изготовленный Китайской академией космических технологий, будет предоставлять коммуникационные, вещательные, навигационные услуги для районов Африки, Европы и Азии. Китай будет обеспечивать связь со спутником и вести мониторинг поступающих с него данных.

В этом году в Китае были также запущены два коммуникационных спутника для Пакистана. В 2012 году КНР планирует осуществить 4-5 коммерческих запусков для иностранных клиентов.[/size]

ABUJA, March 19 (Xinhua) -- China Great Wall Industry Corporation (CGWIC) handed the recently launched NigComSat 1-R to its Nigeria counterpart on Monday at the Obasanjo Space Center in Abuja.

NigComSat 1-R, which was launched on Dec. 20, 2011 and successfully positioned in its geostationary orbit a week later, has completed the in-orbit test and is ready to hand over to Nigeria Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT) for commercial operation, said Yin Liming, the CGWIC president.

CGWIC is fully prepared for the immediate takeoff of the following-on satellite program, namely Nigcomsat 2 and Nigcomsat3, with all technical and contractual details discussed and agreed, he said.

"I am indeed very delighted to receive the symbol of our proudly renounced satellite – NigComSat 1 replacement today from the China Great Wall Industry Corporation. This event marks the beginning of full commercialization of the satellite for the benefit of Nigeria and indeed the Africa continent and the global community," said Turner T. Isoun, the NIGCOMSAT board chairman.

Nigeria's communications satellite NigComSat 1 was successfully launched in 2007 in China but de-orbited in November 2008 due to malfunction of the solar array deployment assembly. China decided in 2009 to build NigComSat 1-R to replace the defunct one without adding additional costs to Nigeria.

NigComSat-1R, covering Central, Western and Southern Africa, Central and Eastern part of Europe, and some areas of Mid-Asia, will be mainly used for communications, broadcasting, tele- education, broad-band multimedia service and navigation service.
