#Soyuz is running on autonomous power & the Poisk power feed has been deactivated. Next, the Soyuz crew will command valves to open to depressurize the vestibule area between the two spacecraft followed by a period of pressure checks to ensure hatches on both sides are tight.

Latest trajectory calculation by Mission Control Moscow shows #Soyuz re-entry at 2:08:41 UTC and landing at 2:31:21 UTC. One more trajectory update to come, possibly changing times by a second or two.

Expedition 55 Commander Anton Shkaplerov (foreground) says farewell to his Expedition 54 crewmates inside the Soyuz MS-06 spacecraft that will return them to Earth today.

At 2:58 p.m. EST, the hatch closed between the Soyuz MS-06 spacecraft and the International Space Station in preparation for undocking. Expedition 54 crewmates Mark Vande Hei and Joe Acaba of NASA and Commander Alexander Misurkin of Roscosmos are scheduled to undock their Soyuz at 6:08 p.m. NASA Television will air live coverage of undocking beginning at 5:45 p.m.

ISS is not making a re-orientation for tonight's undocking, requiring #Soyuz to execute a 2-burn departure to attain its proper trajectory drifting away from ISS along the velocity vector. This allows ISS to save fuel while only marginally complicating the Soyuz departure profile
