Plus+14 minutes. This upper stage engine is about five minutes into a planned 16-minute burn. Ariane 5 is at an altitude of 156 kilometers. A tracking station on Ascension Island in the Atlantic Ocean has picked up signals from the Ariane 5.

Downrange distance is now about 3,700 kilometers east of the Guiana Space Center.
